1. About

The Power of the Titans is the ability which allows for Subjects of Ymir to transform into intelligent Titans known as The Nine Titans. Unlike Pure Titans, those with the Power of the Titans are able to control their form and retain their human intelligence. If a Pure Titan gains the power of the Titans, that Titan will return to being a human. It is often noted that these Titans are far more powerful than regular Titans and oftentimes display appearances and abilities unique to only them.

2. Description

2.1 Transformation

In order to transform, a human with the Titan ability must suffer an injury that draws blood with a Sharp Object while having a solid goal or belief in mind at the moment of injury. Once the transformation is initiated, a burst of energy is released (usually a bolt of lightning or an explosion), followed by the generation of the Titan body and a release of hot steam. After transformation, the human body rests within the nape of the Titan's neck, the center of control. The human body is also merged with the Titan's flesh inside to varying extents, most frequently on the area of the cheeks below the eyes or behind the neck, rendering them immobile. The Sharp Objects available in Shingeki no Craft are listed below:

3. Regeneration

Those with the power of the Titans could regenerate their bodies, as long as they had the will to live. When a player becomes a titan shifter, their health will be part of a new system.
  • Double HP: The player’s health will rise up to 20 hearts.
  • Body’s regeneration: Unlimited Regeneration I effect applied.
  • Injured state: If the player’s health goes down from 10 hearts, it will enter in an injured state, the vision will be decreased as well as the ability to run and jump. The shifter can be lost when being in this state.
  • Exit injured state: When the player’s health reaches 20 hearts again it will remove their injured state. The time it took to regenerate depended on the extent of the injury and how focused the individual was on healing that area.

4. Spawning

Shifters can be found naturally in villages as Subjects of Ymir. They have particles above their heads indicating which shifter they own.
Some considerations:
  • Two shifters can’t spawn too close from each other.
  • Subjects of Ymir die by one hit of the player.
  • If the carrier dies, the power would be passed on to a baby among the Subjects of Ymir born after the said inheritor's death.

4.2 Get a shifter using commands

5. Hange’s Puzzle

It is a mechanic to introduce players to obtaining The Spinal Fluid. WARNING: The following information is intended to be discovered by the player naturally. Continue reading will contain Shingeki no Craft spoilers.
  1. Get the Hange’s field notes: They can be dropped by killing a titan making a sound of turning a book page, it shows a message about the behavior of the titans.

  1. Crafting the Syringe: Once all the notes are obtained, a new craft will be obtained, the Syringe; a tool to extract blood from the titans for study. > Go to the Craft
  1. Extract the Spinal Fluid: The Syringe can be used to draw blood from Titans. However, it can be used near their napes to obtain Syringe (Spinal Fluid).

6. Transference

The power of the Titans could be transferred to a new host, should the current host be devoured by a Titan. This allowed an ordinary Titan to become human again and possess the power of the Titans, and inherit one or more of the Nine Titans abilities.
 
There’s 4 ways to transfer the power of the Titans in Shingeki no Craft:

6.1 Villager to Player

To obtain a shifter as from a villager, it must be eaten by the player’s titan. A player can turn itself into a titan using the Syringe (Spinal Fluid) that can be obtained by solving the Hange’s puzzle.
  1. Turn into a titan: Once the Syringe (Spinal Fluid) is obtained, the player can become a pure titan by right clicking. THIS ACTION WILL CLEAR THE PLAYER'S INVENTORY AND REMOVE THEIR ABILITY TO MOVE. Keep in mind that you can’t turn into a titan too close to a villager, so its recommended to trap the Shifter before.

  1. Consume the shifter: Finally, when the villager will be eaten the player will obtain an advancement indicating that the shifter has been successfully transferred.

6.2 Player to Player

To obtain a shifter as from a villager, it must be eaten by the player’s titan. A player can turn itself into a titan using the Syringe (Spinal Fluid) that can be obtained by solving the Hange’s puzzle or being transformed into a shifter.
  1. Injure the carrier: The shifter residing in a player can only be transferred if the host is injured. If that player dies, the power would be passed on to a baby among the Subjects of Ymir born after the said inheritor's death.

  1. Consume the shifter: Once the shifter starts to bleed and regenerate, the player should transform into a titan.
    1. If the player doesn’t have a shifter, it would have to use the Syringe (Spinal Fluid), the player can become a pure titan by right clicking. THIS ACTION WILL CLEAR THE PLAYER'S INVENTORY AND REMOVE THEIR ABILITY TO MOVE. Once the shifter has been eaten the player will obtain an advancement indicating that the shifter has been successfully transferred.
    2. If the player already has already a shifter, it would have to use one of the Consumption Abilities. Once the shifter has been eaten the player will obtain an advancement indicating that the shifter has been successfully transferred, inheriting the powers of the consumed titan and preserving their first titan form (For example: If the player already has the colossal and consumes the Cart, it will gain the passive to stay in titan’s form for 1 hour).

6.3 Eldian to pure Titan

A villager can be eaten by a pure titan, It will consum the power of the titans and go back to his human form, taking the place of the previous host in the world.

An injured player can be eaten by a pure titan, It will consum the power of the titans and go back to his human form, taking the place of the previous host in the world.
