Installation & Setup
Shingeki no Craft ships as a datapack (plus an optional mod/packaged version) and requires a resource pack — without it, Titans have no models, textures or sounds.

- Required resource pack: Modrinth — shingeki-no-craft-resourcepack
- Music pack (recommended): Modrinth — shingeki-no-craft-music
- Official modpack: Modrinth — shingeki-no-craft-modpack
Installing the datapack
Section titled “Installing the datapack”- Open Minecraft and click Play.
- Select Worlds and choose the world you want to install the datapack into.
- Click Edit for that world.
- In World Settings, scroll to Datapacks and click Open Folder.
- Copy the datapack file into that folder.
- Return to World Settings → Datapacks and click Add, then select the datapack.
- A warning about “not having the correct version” may appear — continue normally.
- Verify it appears in the installed datapacks list.
Installing the resource pack
Section titled “Installing the resource pack”- Download the resource pack file.
- Open Minecraft and click Play.
- Select Options → Resource Packs.
- Click Open Resource Pack Folder and copy the pack into it.
- Back in Resource Packs, select the pack and move it to Selected Resource Packs.
- A version warning may appear — continue normally.
Recommended mods
Section titled “Recommended mods”- [Highly recommended] OptiFine (Forge) or Custom Entity Models (CEM) (Fabric) — used to stop Titan models from wobbling. See OptiFine / CEM.
- [Recommended] Pehkui — improves the third-person camera when playing as shifters (especially the Colossal Titan). Single-player by default; must be configured for servers.
